Where do you deliver?

Springer Interiors offer FREE standard delivery anywhere in mainland UK. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Isle of Man. View all our delivery details HERE.

How much is delivery?

At Springer Interiors we offer a our Standard two-man delivery service for FREE, you can choose to upgrade to our Premium delivery service for just an extra £39. Full details can be found on our delivery page HERE.

When will my order be delivered?

As most of the items our our website are made to order and made to your specifications, we don't have them in stock as standard so as soon as your items come into stock a member of our team will contact you to arrange delivery. On each item there is a time scale for how long it will take for the item to reach you.

What days do you deliver?

Our two-man delivery teams operate Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm, excluding bank holidays.

What happens if the item/s I have ordered do not fit?

On the odd occasion we are unable to deliver the goods because the access is poor we will return the goods to our warehouse and arrange a re delivery once the necessary steps have been taken to allow access i.e. doors removed or windows removed.

There may be a small charge if there was a delivery charge on the original order but this will be discussed with you. Unfortunately we are unable to remove doors and windows on your behalf.

Can I collect my furniture?

Yes we offer a click and collect service, you are able to select this as an option at the checkout.

Can you dispose of my old furniture?

Unfortunately this isn't a service that we currently offer, we would recommend contacting local charities as they are always in need of pre-loved donations.

Will you assemble my furniture?

If you select our premium two-man delivery service we are able to set up and assemble your products. Full details can be found on our delivery page HERE.

How can I place an order?

We offer 3 different options to place order for your favourite product.

We accept almost every method of payment forms.
- Pay by Credit or Debit Card
- Pay by Bank Transfer
- Pay by Paypal
- Pay a deposit with the balance due before delivery

Can I cancel if I change my mind?

No problem. Just call our Team on 0800 368 9106 before delivery takes please or within 14 days of receiving your order. Please bear in mind there’s a collection charge for this service,

Can I return my item/s

Once delivered, all online orders placed either online or in store have a 14 day money back guarantee. However this does exclude any items that are made to order items which includes certain beds and made to order sofas and armchairs, this is due to them being speciality items that are made to your specification.

Can I return a mattress?

If the mattress is unused, then of course we can accept your return without any issues. If, however, the mattress is out of its packing or used, for hygiene reasons we can’t accept a return.

Can I return self assembly furniture?

If you change your mind before you start assembling your furniture, then you can arrange returns in the usual way. As long as everything is undamaged and in its original packaging, you’re good to go. If you’ve assembled or part assembled your furniture, then unfortunately we’re unable to accept it as a return.


What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Paypal. We do accept BACS however you will need to call us to reserve the products while we wait for your payment to clear.
