Once you have made your purchase, the anticipation of delivery day will soon start building!  

We want to make sure that all our customers receive their products in pristine condition, with minimum fuss and as speedily as possible. Whether it’s a new armchair or a statement sofa, you can rest assured we treat all our deliveries with the utmost of care. Here is some information about our delivery services:

Furniture and Larger Items:
As items of furniture are bespoke and made to match your specifications, we don't keep them in stock as standard. When your item is available, one of our team will be in touch to arrange a delivery date and time that will be suitable for you. Please ensure that you or another responsible person is readily available on your delivery day, as we may need to contact you if we have difficulty locating your property.

Expected delivery times vary depending on the item, please refer to the page of the product you are purchasing where you will find more detailed information. 


PREMIUM TWO MAN DELIVERY
● Delivered by our team directly to the room where your item will be situated
● 3-hour delivery slot (8am-8pm) given the day prior to delivery
● Contact on delivery day from the designated driver 1 hour prior to delivery

CLICK AND COLLECT - FREE
If you would prefer to collect your items yourself, that’s not a problem. Once your item arrives in stock a member of our logistics department will be in touch to arrange a collection time.

Please note: You must be able to provide photographic ID and proof of purchase upon collection for items to be released. 

Cancellations and Re-Delivery

Time is precious and we understand that the unexpected does happen, we aim to
accommodate any changes where we possibly can.
However, if you need to cancel or amend your order, we ask that you contact us at least 2 working days prior to your delivery date.

If you are unavailable when our delivery drivers arrive, there will be an additional fee of £30 to rearrange your delivery date. We are unable to offer an alternative delivery slot on the same day.
