COVID-19 Update

Following the latest advice from Government and Public Health England, we are very pleased to say we’re now able to offer safe contactless delivery for all our furniture items.

We’ve made sure that our drivers can comply with social distancing guidelines while completing deliveries by knocking on the customers’ door and waiting at least two metres away. We are also asking customers to work with us in following social distancing guidelines upon delivery and throughout any installation service by keeping your distance and waiting in another room.  All of our vans have been re-stocked with hand sanitiser and wipes. We recommend that you clean surfaces and handles once any installation is completed as an extra precaution.
Large furniture such as sofas and wardrobes and install services need two people on deliveries. We are reducing the risks this presents. Our drivers are staying in the same partnerships and vehicles wherever possible.

Is your showroom open as normal?
Our Showroom in Darlington has re-opened and is open 7 days a week from 10am till 4pm. We have extra safety measures in place for your safety. If you would like to arrange an appointment out side of these hours so you have the showroom to yourself this can be arranged, please just contact us to arrange this.

What if I need to speak to someone about my order?

Can I still place an order online for delivery?
Yes, orders can still be placed through our website. Please see below for delivery information.

Should I be concerned about touching an order I have received or collected?Public Health England have said that there’s no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages.
Warehouse staff and delivery drivers are all carrying hand sanitiser, and are actively using it to prevent any spread and to ensure that all deliveries made are safe.

Can I still use Click & Collect online?
Yes. Order online and collect from one of our warehouses - we have a number of contactless collection slots available. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll call you to book your collection time. This will ensure we have your items available and ready before you arrive.
